Longstanding service relationships with core control typically begin with prompt service on simple matters and grow from there into strong partnerships. The Holiday Inn Express is one example. After installing a Rinnai gas heater and a new high limit switch for the pool heater, hotel management called us with cooling concerns. We were able to repair electrical problems with the roof top chiller, but discovered four significant coolant leaks on the coils. Rather than throw money and time at costly and ultimately ineffective repairs, we recommended full replacement. When the old unit finally went down, core control was there, over the weekend, to get a new roof top chiller installed and running just before a record breaking heat wave. We stayed with the project after install and start up to train maintenance staff on the most efficient and effective operation of the system.
