Our skills at core control are useful even in highly technical environments. We were the control contractor for the initial construction, and then updated an antiquated system that is used to track temperatures for lab equipment. Our work contributes to them having some of the highest rated commercial testing services available. Here is a page from our “lab book” serving a science center with large projects for big, national brand name customers:
Responded to a call regarding needing room sensors for Quarantine A and B. Plan and begin installation of room sensors to monitor Quarantine A and B. Ran wire and cut in retrofit boxes for 10K Type3 Thermistor room sensors in Quarantine A and B. Wired to I/O module in upstairs mechanical room. Researched possibilities of completing several requests. Did R&D on methods for displaying temperature graphs. Added two new temperature sensors to UI, alarming, and reporting. Tested and changed default user UI to show these as well.
“Core’s value is second to none. I always feel like we are the only job in their world. Their service is very comprehensive and when they’re done I know better how to maintain the equipment. Core takes the time to give up that extra knowledge rather than just have you call them when you need something. They’re a local business, employ local people, and care about the customer from the time they answer the phone to when they finish.”
“Core is very knowledgeable about he systems we have and helpful when we have issues. I would definitely recommend core to other people and not just because you’re here to sell me a product or service. Core is here to make sure I know how to use the product or service so I can make the minor repairs and adjustments without paying for a service call.”
