Core Control has been selected as the 2016 Employer of Choice for Bozeman and the entire State of Montana in the small employer category of 0-25 employees!

Employers of Choice are those businesses that create great workplaces in Montana and are nominated and selected according to four established criteria:
1. Employee Benefits/Initiatives
2. Leadership & Workplace Culture
3. Employee Training/Development
4. Community Orientation

A selection committee of 4 JSEC members determined a winner based on the nomination letters submitted at the Bozeman Job Service Employer’s Committee level (BJSEC). Core Control team member, Chad Marks, apprentice HVAC Mechanic, submitted a nomination of our company.

“Core really takes good care of their people in all aspects of their lives. It’s a place where someone can work and actually raise a family, it is a career.”  – Chad Marks, apprentice HVAC Mechanic, 2016 Nomination for MT State Employer of Choice

BJSEC then submitted the nomination letters from both employers selected to the Montana State Department of Labor & Industry Employers’ Council (MSEC), Employer of Choice Committee, for consideration of the statewide level Employer of Choice Award along with entries from 21 other local JSECs statewide. Winners of the statewide “Employer of Choice” designation were announced at the annual MSEC Conference & SBDC Invest in Success Small Business Conference in Havre, Montana this year on March 15th and 16th.

Core Control is honored to receive this award. We love our team and our humbled by their recognition of us.
