The Manhattan Project

project description

Our strong relationship with the Bozeman School District carried over with a new staff hire from Bozeman to Manhattan schools, Tom Bracha. The Manhattan project is an excellent example of our focus on repairs, training and support that empower existing maintenance staff, like Tom, to better serve their employer. Our owner, Paul, worked closely with Tom to assess their remodel and retrofit project, but also to walk through schools and make plans for priority repairs to libraries, classrooms, the computer room, and administrative offices. We reprogramed numerous system components and rebalanced the system. From there, we engaged with McKinstry for a sweeping energy upgrade project at the middle and elementary building. From the elementary boiler room to the VAV’s in the high school, our goal in retrofit, calibration, repair and installation is to make it easier for Tom and his team to maintain efficient function themselves.

testimonial

“Right now, Core Control are the only guys I’ll trust. They go to the source of the problem rather than throw parts at things and hope to fix it that way. I’ve been using core control for 6 years now and I can always count on them. We never have to pay a $1000 bill and not have a problem be fixed.”
